I graduated from Tuska High School in 2008. At Tushka i was a part of National Honor Society, Academic Bowl, Basketball and Baseball teams. My college career began at Carl Albert State College in 2008 where i played college baseball and started my academic career. I then transferred to Murray State where I continued my academic and baseball. I graduated from Murray State College in 2010 with an Associate Degree. My college career continued at Oklahoma Wesleyan University at Bartlesville Oklahoma. I played baseball for the 2011 and 2012 seasons before graduating. I was also a part of the 2011 NCCAA National Championship team where i was a pitcher on the baseball team. I graduated Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 2012.

I started teaching at Atoka Public Schools in 2015. I am starting my third year. I currently teach 7th grade Geography and 8th grade American History. I also coach high school softball, junior high baseball and high school baseball.
I started my teaching career as a full time sub upon graduating college in the spring of 2013 at Krebs Public Schools. I taught the next two years at Coalgate Public Schools. At Coalgate i was the physical education teacher and coached high school softball.
I have been married to my beautiful wife Crystal for 4 years. We have one son Korver John Cook. We welcomed Korver into our lives November 21st 2017. He has brought a lot of joy into our lives!
I love teaching and coaching! I love spending time with my wife and son. I am an avid sports fan. My favorite teams include the Oklahoma Sooners, Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Mavericks. I love Dallas Cowboys football. I have been a life long fan and I am currently a season ticket holder. I also love to play golf, run, and do anything that involves sports. My wife and I are members of Victory Life Church in Atoka. We serve as members of the grow team at our church.
