1. VERIFICATION OF RESIDENCY
One of the following documents with the service address listed:
-Utility Bill (Gas, Water, Electric, Propane)
-Internet/Cable Bill
-Direct TV / Dish / Home Phone Bill (no cell phone bills)
-Lease or Rental Agreement
-Mortgage Statement
-Homestead Exemption Form
-Online Utility Payment Printout
**Note: If the parent/guardian is not listed, most utility companies allow name additions to the account.
2. IMMUNIZATION RECORD OR EXEMPTION FORM
Children aged 2 months and older must have an up-to-date shot record or file for an exemption.
Go to https://oklahoma.gov/health/services/personal-health/immunizations/imm-shot-records.html to download an Immunization Record or Exemption Form.
3. LEGAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
Required for all students. If you do not have a legal birth certificate, please visit your student's birth state 's official vital records site to obtain one.

Big congratulations to Malachi Brooks and Jordan Hill! Malachi won the 3A Boys Long Jump and Jordan placed 4th in the 3A girls pole vault. We can't brag enough about our kids and their accomplishments.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Midnight Masquerade Prom Promenade will now take place at the Atoka High School Building.
Drop-Off Instructions:
Students may be dropped off in front of the Commons Entrance starting at 4:00. Please enter the high school driveway as usual, then continue around the ‘U’ loop toward the Ag Building to reach the Commons entrance. Gym parking is available for student and guest use.
Promenade Assembly:
Seniors and Juniors attending prom should assemble in the Commons area. We kindly ask that family and friends gather on the sidewalk in front of the school.
Promenade Procession:
At 4:30, Students will exit through the front doors, be announced to family and friends, pause for a photo on the front steps, and then proceed to the Prom bus to travel to The Wildflower!

Saturday May 3rd Atoka is hosting Classes 2A & 3A Regional Track Meet. Events begin at 9:30, gates open at 8:30. Admission is $10.00 at the gate, Atoka sports passes will NOT be accepted because this is an OSSAA playoff event. Parking for spectators will be on the east side of the football field and in the Kelley Field House parking lot. The west side of the field (behind home stands) will be reserved for buses. Please come out and support your Wampus Cats athletes and help motivate them to the State Track meet.
