How do I file a grievance?
If you believe you have experienced discrimination under district policy, please complete the grievance form below in your preferred language. Once completed, submit the form to the appropriate compliance coordinator listed in the District Policy or in the Formal Grievance Process via email or mail. You may also contact a compliance coordinator by phone if you prefer to speak directly with someone.
