Here is an update for the basketball games that are now moved to January 31st. There is now no JV game that day. The girls' game will now start at 1 pm. The boys' game is at 2:30 pm against Eufala. Thank you for your patience!
The high school basketball games originally scheduled for this Saturday, January 17th, have been moved to January 31st. JV boys play at 3 pm, Varsity Girls at 4 pm, and Varsity Boys at 5:30 pm. This is still a home game.

Atoka Public Schools faculty and staff kicked off the first day back from winter break with professional development—by becoming students for the day! Our team explored the wide range of courses available to our high school students, gaining firsthand insight into learning opportunities and pathways for success. It's a great day to be a Wampus Cat!

We would like to remind you about tonight's Christmas band concert at the Atoka High School cafetorium. Students need to report at 5:45 p.m., concert starts at 6 p.m. The concert is free and open to the public and we hope to see you there.

Atoka FCCLA members competed in the SE District 5 STAR Events in Broken Bow. They all placed in their event with 2 moving on to Regional competition in February. They greatly represented our FCCLA chapter and Atoka Schools.

Winter Driver’s Education Class at Atoka Public School!
Atoka Public School will be hosting a Winter Driver’s Education Class this January!
Class Dates: Saturdays in January — January 3 through January 24
Location: Atoka High School, Classroom #1
Eligibility: Students must be 15 years old before the first day of class
Cost: $200 (cash or check only) — due on the first day

Atoka High School’s staff along with the generosity of Hoss Ward, were able to bless six AHS families with a complete Thanksgiving meal, including a ham and all the fixings! Meals were delivered by Mr. Manion and Mrs. Brooks on Tuesday.
Reminder, the Atoka Local Show and Chili Cookoff is this Friday. The livestock show kids would love for you to come out and watch them show.
