Atoka High School Student Council has chosen ‘FAMILY GAME NIGHT’ as this year’s HoCo theme.
This year’s theme means a lot to our students as they started this school year off with OHANA 🌺 which as Stitch says means ‘Family. And family means no one gets left behind!’

Mrs. Jenna Pebworth and soon-to-be Junior Triegan Ridgeway represented Atoka Public Schools Wednesday, July 9th in Ardmore, OK.
Mrs. Pebworth is a staff member for "TMALA" Texoma Marching Arts and Leadership Academy. TMALA is a week-long camp for marching band leadership, percussion, color guard, and drum major students. TMALA is designed for middle and high school band students of all levels to learn more about the marching arts with an experienced, exciting, and engaging staff. Mrs. Pebworth has been working for the camp for 3 years now, and always looks forward to working with student leaders!
Campers will also get to enjoy fun evening activities and an exhibition by a Drum Corps International group!
Triegan Ridgeway is a Pride of Atoka Wampus Cat Marching Band Member. Under the direction of Mr. Sam Karafotis. Triegan auditioned for the Drum Corps Group Zephyrus Arts Institute at age 15 and is now marching, competing, and traveling at age 16 with the Corps!
Zephyrus Arts Institute is an Oklahoma based non-profit organization founded in 2018 that specializes in musical and performing arts. Zephyrus are devoted to providing life-changing experiences to performers and audiences alike in NE Oklahoma and beyond. Zephyrus' current programming includes Zephyrus Drum & Bugle Corps, Zephyrus Winter Guard, Tulsa Winds Community Band, Voices of Unity Community Choir, Wind & Rhythm and Project Encore!
